The Supervisor Certificate Program

Job Experience

The Supervisor Certificate program lets you earn college credit by demonstrating competencies from previous work experience and through online learning.

You'll take six online courses including cooperative work experience which enables you earn college credit for your current on-the-job experience. This is called Competency Based Learning, and it's popular with adult learners.

Develop Skills

Our program does not guarantee you'll become a supervisor. But it can increase your chances by developing skills in: supervision, problem-solving and decision making, business principles and HR management.

Get Started

Email a coordinator in the Management program to learn more. They will help you determine if the program is a strong fit for your individual goals.
